Experience the gentle healing of Reiki, as the facilitator channels Universal Life Force Energy for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing during a guided visual meditation. While the Reiki energy is called into the room the entire time, the facilitator will typically offer Reiki on an individual basis by gently placing the hands on or above the body of each attendee. Deep relaxation is common, although pain relief, emotional release, or clarity can also occur. Each experience is unique.

MINDFULNESS

 

Give yourself a break from your thoughts, anxiety, and stress. Receive easy-to-follow guidance that will redirect your focus to the present moment by tuning into sensations in the body or sounds in the room. Contrary to popular belief, mindfulness is not about stopping thought altogether, but rather redirecting your attention from the thinking-mind. In this way, mindfulness can shift your relationship with your thoughts as well as enhance your own self-awareness and ability to focus and regulate emotions. Additionally, mindfulness offers practical tools that can be used in every day life to help navigate habits of over-thinking and anxiety. The practice can also be used to deepen one’s ability to experience and appreciate happiness.

Don’t let the ‘Y word’ fool you. You’re more likely to encounter lucid dreams than beads of sweat during this class, because yoga nidra (or yogic sleep) is practiced laying down, in total stillness. The facilitator guides you through a gentle practice of intention-setting, body scan, and a visual journey that is known to induce the powerful state between being awake and asleep.  This is an invaluable practice for anybody seeking more relaxation and awareness, as well as those with sleep issues. Studies have shown that 30 minutes of yogic sleep is the equivalent to 2-3 hours of regular sleep, and positive results have been observed in the treatment of PTSD symptoms.

Allow the multi-sensorial experience of sound and vibration to wash over you for a deeply resonant meditation. Sound waves naturally cause different cells within our body to vibrate, corresponding to the particular frequency and intensity of each wave. There is strong scientific evidence that suggests immersing our bodies in these waves alleviates tension, physical ailments, and pain, allows healing to take place, and encourages mental stillness. We offer sound healings using a variety of instruments, each with their own range of frequencies and benefits. Check the schedule to see when the singing bowls, gong, or harp is being played. Sometimes coupled with verbal guidance, each class is unique to the facilitator.

A deeply relaxing experience, our group hypnotherapy class often targets stress and similar modern-day, universal issues. You remain consciously aware the entire time while the facilitator employs guided visualization to promote a relaxed and receptive state, similar to the state one naturally experiences moments before falling asleep. It is in this state that one can plant the seeds of wellbeing and replace old patterns.

Travel inward through meditation and facilitated energy work to clear physical and emotional clutter. This class will cover a wide range of topics, such as cultivating true emotional awareness, shedding emotional reactivity, and grounding while creating physical and emotional space.

Each week, the facilitator will provide an energy report on the collective consciousness and address a subject that pertains to navigating those energies. She will offer a custom energetic healing within the meditation, intuitively tailored to the specific group of attendees, to release anything necessary to navigate the cycle.

A combination of movement, breathing techniques, chanting, and meditation, kundalini yoga is an energizing practice meant to invigorate the creative, primal energy at the base of the spine. In this extremely low-impact class, you’ll follow a series of precise and practical steps to encourage the Kundalini energy to spin through the body. Kundalini offers a huge range of targeted meditations, including those specifically designed to decrease stress, enhance intuition, clear chakras, address addictions, and many more. Using the technology of reprogramming energetic and physical systems throughout the body, you will deep clean your energetic field and set the foundation for connecting to the infinite trust of you. 

 

Comfortable pants are recommended.

 

Participants are invited to sit on provided cushions as they are guided through very light movement.

Gain valuable insights that may clear blocks or explain patterns in this life by exploring your potential history prior to it. Similar to hypnosis, you will be guided into a state of deep relaxation and led on a non-specific journey that may open the door to reveal glimpses of a past life. Some witness illuminating moments or lifelong trajectories that inform their current situations. The most valuable and healing memories for your current situation usually rise to the top. This new perspective can give you the wisdom to navigate current decisions. A typically relaxing experience, many leave with fresh insights.

New Perspectives, Insight, Relaxation, Healing, Release of Old Patterns

 

A gentle, low-impact moving meditation. Let go of the idea of perfect poses and muscular effort, as you are guided through no more than 5 luxuriously lazy stretches. This deeply restorative practice has the potential to release habitual physical tension while also dissolving mental tension. This embodied meditation develops your ability to consciously relax. Often accompanied by  the healing of a resonant gong or Reiki energy.

This hour long class features two of our practices listed above.

30 minutes of Kundalini, followed by 30 minutes of Deep Rest: Yogic Sleep.
