How should I prepare?

Come as you are. Unless otherwise noted, classes are suitable for all experience levels- even if it’s your first time. Resist the urge to prepare. You are ready.

 

Check the schedule before you attend, as it is subject to change.
 


What should I wear?

Dress comfortably and leave your shoes in the cubbies near the door, please. Cushions and blankets are provided for floor and bench seating.

 

For Kundalini and Body Relaxation, comfortable pants are recommended.

 

Where are you located?

CULTIVATE is a Los Angeles meditation studio, located at 3229 Glendale Blvd in Atwater Village. Nestled between Silverlake and Glendale, the studio serves the surrounding areas of Los Feliz, Echo Park, Eagle Rock, Highland Park, Pasadena, and more.

Where can I park?


 


2-hour metered parking is available along Glendale Blvd, and is free after 8pm and all-day Sundays. Free parking is available Monday-Saturday in the public parking lot behind the businesses on the opposite side of Glendale Blvd at Larga Ave.


Is there a minimum age requirement?



 

Students age 16+ are permitted entry with a signed waiver from a parent on-site. Children age 12+ are permitted with a parent, based on the parent’s discretion. Please consider whether your child is capable of comfortably sitting still for 45 minutes without causing distractions for others. For classes and programs exclusively for younger students, reach out to us directly.


Studio Policy

With the exception of water, food and beverage are not permitted in the meditation rooms. Cell phones must also be checked in at reception. 


Lobby Policy

Please maintain a soft speaking volume. 


Late Policy


Out of respect for all students, the door is closed promptly at the scheduled class time. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure a relaxed entry. With the exception of an emergency, we ask that you plan to stay until the end of class.


Cancellation Policy

Classes have a 1-hour cancellation policy.

​

Workshops have a 24-hour cancellation policy. 

​

Private sessions have a 24-hour cancellation policy. 

​

Timely cancellations will receive class, workshop, or appointment credit back to their account.

 

Late cancellations and ‘no-shows’ (including Limited Members) will forfeit the class credit. Unlimited Members will be subject to a $5 fee for late class cancellations and 'no-shows.' 

 

All sales are final. 

 

Promotional packages are for individual use and may not be shared or transferred.
